If your item arrives damaged, doesn’t match the listing description, or is the wrong item, you can return it for a refund or exchange.
This only applies for items bought from "The Sway Shop" via the Sway In Line website.
Returns are within 30days,
However due to the Covid-19 restrictions, we can extend this but please contact us to discuss further.
